Elin and I looked at R041 and found no-green light at its connection point to i17.bfb, and an orange light on the other end of the connection to B13. We reseated the end connected to B13 with no change, then reseated the connection to i17.bfb, and that light came on green, and the light on the B13 end went from orange to green.
Will be watching the connection to make sure the cable is still working over the next few months.
Please reseat the fiber cable between i17.bfb and b13.bfb
